12 INCHES!!!!
About a week ago I decided it was time for a change. I had an appointment for a haircut and told the stylist to just cut it - however she thought it would look good.
So...here is the before...
And here is the after....
It took a little getting used to. But it takes a lot less time to dry it! She ended up cutting over a foot off. It is a nice change.

Looks very nice. I have been thinking of getting mine cut shorter too.
Looks great!! Man, I thought you all looked alike before, but with that hair cut, you could easily pass for one of your sisters!!! :)
