Rocket Launch

Today Ryan had the Rocket launch for boyscouts. The flags were presented by two austronauts on their space mobile. (we have crazy leaders)

Then each of the boys got to launch their rockets. Here is Ryan getting his ready on the launch pad.
Now he is ready to blast it off with the controller!
It was a lot of fun. The rockets went a few hundred feet in the air, and with the help of a little breeze some landed pretty far away. After Ryan's second launch we thought he had lost it, but after searching hard, we found it.
