Blizzard 2011

For those of you not in our area, here are a few photos of the big blizzard on Feb. 3rd.

This is the front lawn -looking out the window.

Another of the front - you can see part of the car to the left. The end of the driveway was almost six feet high!

This is the front sidewalk. The kids are digging a fort in the snow. I got the joy of actually shoveling it out.

I was extremely thankful for a very nice guy. I had been shoveling for over three hours and had barely made a dent in the driveway when he came along with a snowplow on his truck and plowed us out. Saved me many, many hours of shoveling!
